My name is Viktoriya. I am the founder and creator of "Belightfull" - dedicated to a luxuriously sweet and healthy lifestyle - where health, delicious taste and luxury meet.

I have been working in the health, fitness and natural beauty industry for over 15 years and began when I came to London. I have through the years built a very strong platform of techniques to help clients from all over the world improve their quality of life.

My passion and philosophy started from a very young age as growing up in a big healthy family we always used nature’s gifts as primary ingredients to maintain and promote health, beauty and longevity.

It is essential to understand that nature gives us all that we need - we just have to use it!

I have experienced rapid weight gain and really bad skin conditions that conventional doctors were unable to cure and as a result I decided to take matters into my own hands and heal myself.

Although I started as a fitness trainer and a professional fitness bikini model I very soon realised that whilst physical exercises are amazing to help with improving and changing body shape, they are on their own definitely not enough.

My hunger and passion for a better quality of life has always led and inspired me to learn, study and experiment more and more as I constantly acquire knowledge about fitness, nutrition, mind work, motivation, self love, acceptance and an understanding as to what makes us all “click”.

The realization that each and everyone of us is very different and unique is key to my approach to my clients and I am able to assess on an individual basis exactly what it takes physically and mentally to start, continue and achieve desired results in the most healthy way.
